My Truth, My Work
I want to share my journey as part of the healing process. Telling the truth about what I have lived through helps me make sense of it, and if that truth helps someone else feel seen, less alone or find a way through, that matters to me. I am still living through it, still learning how to carry it and still making room for anyone who finds themselves in the middle of burnout, grief, transition, overload or uncertainty. For those who are trying to keep going without pretending they are fine.
